DATA PRIVACY & PROTECTION POLICY
Upon booking I will collect your name, email, address and telephone number. I may also ask additional questions to help me with your photoshoot/enquiry.
Your data is collected so I can fulfil the contract. I receive enquiries via email, social media, in person, over the phone, etc. I will take a few details upon enquiry and will require further personal details upon booking. Your data is held on a CRM system which will actively send out email notifications of payment reminders, invoices and emails that are relevant to the active job. This software is here to help me run the business and make sure you are fully informed of anything relating to your photoshoot. Should I need to write any personal information on paper we keep it locked away in the studio office.
I also use an online photo management software where photos of the children will be uploaded to their personalised QR codes. These codes will only be accessed by the school, parents and myself for uploading purposes. I do ask for children names & class so that I can create unique QR codes for each child.
Your data is collected simply so I can fulfil the contract/job. I do recommend you back up any files that are bought through Debbie Young Photography in case of a technical malfunction on my storage devices.
